PLAYGROUND TERMS
Late pick-up fees of £5 for every 15 minutes apply for our ‘leave-your-child in our care’ service. If parents are late, whichever is lesser between our ‘leave-your-child’, up to 4 hours, and late pick-up fees will apply. If the maximum 4 hours has been used or child is picked up after 6pm £5 for every 15 minutes will apply.
The ‘leave-your-child in our care’ voucher allows a minimum of 1 hour session, with an additional 30-minute session instead of a full hour for each child. Siblings in one family can share our ‘leave-your-child in our care’ voucher.
Online entry payment allows entry for our ‘regular two-hour stay and must be used within 24 hours of payment (maximum of 2 adults to 1 child on entry).
Our daily playground admission ticket bought online must be used within 24 hours of purchase.
Children with EHC plan with dependent care only attend with their parents/carer. We understand some children have EHC plan and are independently high functioning, their admittance for our ‘leave-your-child in our care’ will be dependent on child:adult ratio at entry and the assessment of the practitioner.

MOBILE CHILDCARE BOOKING TERMS:
Our mobile creche service price is very competitive and we work with any budget provided. Our creche service price starts from £18 per hour, with a minimum booking of 4 hours. This is the minimum guide price, and a quote should be requested for an accurate creche service price.
A minimum of 3 weeks to the date of your event will be needed to confirm your travel creche booking if the date is still available. We have however taken creche booking one year to an event and in some rare cases two weeks or less to the event. Contact us and we’ll be happy to discuss this with you.
A 50% deposit or signatory of the contract is required to hold the booked creche. This will be deducted from your final bill.
A cancellation that is less than a week to the event will incur a fee of no less than 80%.
Booking can be cancelled by Planet-EMC if no payment has been received.
Confirmation of the number of children is required for a final price to be given.
The contract must be signed and returned for full confirmation of our mobile creche service.
There is a daily charge for latpaymentsnt exceeding the agreed date.
Health and Safety:
We visit the venue of your event, before the day to check the safety of the space and environment we will be setting up. This is to meet OFSTED rules and work within the health and safety guidelines.
Objects that could be seen as hazardous to the children will be moved out of the way for the safety of the children and staff.
Parents will be registering their children on arrival for us to identify the children in our care.
All our equipment is checked regularly and conforms to British Standards Regulations.
We have First aid trained staff present on the day and always carry a first aid kit.
Our child-to-staff ratio is in guidelines with OFSTED rules and regulations.
Equal Opportunities:
Planet-EMC practices equal opportunities, and all children are included in activities set up.
Our staff team is employed in our practice of equal opportunities.
Planet-EMC is aware that some children may have special needs and is proactive in ensuring that appropriate action is taken and identified upon admitting to the creche provision. Steps are taken to promote the welfare and development of the child within the setting in partnership with the parents and other relevant parties.
Parents/Carers and event organisers are only allowed into the creche environment.
SAFEGUARDING:
Our practitioner team is DBS enhanced checked.
Children are only to be collected by their parents/carers or collected by another named person during registration. Every child left in our care is provided with a wristband/Hi-vis vest as a form of identification within our setting.
BEHAVIOUR POLICY:
Any child, who constantly puts the safety of other children into danger, by continually being disruptive, will be collected by their parents/carers.
